Shipping
Once we receive your order, our team will verify that your name, address, and payment information are correct so we can process it. Items are shipped from our Moorabbin warehouse or supplier warehouses, depending on factors such as the number of brands, order value, stock availability, and quantity.
Orders for in-stock items are typically shipped within 4–5 working days of receipt. For items that are out of stock, our customer service team will provide an estimated delivery time (ETA). If you are unsure about availability, please call our customer service team on 1300 267 277 before placing your order.
As standard practice, we consolidate your order and send all items as a single shipment. If your order contains multiple brands, we may need to wait until all items arrive at our warehouse before dispatching the order. Please note that some suppliers may take more than three days to deliver items to us due to their operational processes, but we will make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.
If your order is urgent and you need it as soon as possible, please call our customer service team on 1300 267 277. We will do everything we can to expedite your delivery.
Shipping Methods
We offer Australia Post and StarTrack Road Express for all orders shipped from our Moorabbin warehouse.
Our suppliers use carriers including StarTrack, Toll, TNT Express, Victoria Freight Service, and others. Orders shipped directly from supplier warehouses may be delivered by any of these carriers.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information and the carrier's website details.
Pricing, Taxes, Fees, and Other Charges
All prices include 10% GST. We do not charge any additional fees for credit card or PayPal payments.
